About Consumer Choice Award
Why this award is important to you.
When I’m asked what does Consumer Choice Award (CCA) do, the short answer is, we help award-winning businesses stand out and differentiate themselves in a crowded marketplace. But the longer answer is, I believe, a much more compelling offering than that.
First, much like you, I myself am a consumer. And when I am in need of a service provider and think of the sources I consider in my search, most often the first places I turn to are the referrals or recommendations from those I know and trust. And to me, this is what CCA does for me and the consumers in the cities where our award-winning companies are.
CCA tells me who the businesses in my city are that other consumers have said are the best at what they do. And when I’m looking for a service provider, that’s all I want to know. This information is important to me. When looking for a service provider, CCA helps consumers cut through the clutter of self-promotion and the busyness of advertising, saving (me) and them time and money by identifying for them, who are the companies in their city that other consumers have said are the best at what they do. This is why our award is important to me, to the winners of our award, and to you the consumer.
Each and every year, through our third-party market research we identify the businesses all across North America that consumers say are the best at what they do. We provide these companies the greatest differentiator they can use. We give businesses access to a tool that helps give their potential customer reinforcement of that purchase decision. And lastly, we help our award-winning companies tell their story.
And like the companies who win our award, CCA as a company is extremely proud of the team that keeps the wheels turning. We are proud of the work we do, but it is not without the hard work of our greatest asset, our people.
We hope that Consumer Choice Award continues to help the local service providers in the markets we are in grow their businesses, and in turn, we hope that consumers continue to enjoy the wonderful services of our great award-winning companies for years to come.
